Its been a long time since we tried out Skinner's Loft on Newark but it was beautiful out and we spotted a sign about their roof tables. Unfortunately there was a 45+ min wait so we had to take a table by the window, but it was more than worth the stop. We were cheap dates and didn't have any wine or appetizers (the check was a wonderful surprise) heading right for the main course. I decided on the Baby Back Ribs which were just amazing. As someone who never likes meats on the bone this was the easiest eat ever! The bone just about slid out clean and the rest barely needed a fork to cut it. Jeremy went for a seafood pasta dish (shrimp scallop and spagettini). I couldn't resist and snuck a few bites of when we had the left overs at home.
Hopefully I will get one of those roof tables some day!
